About Us

Rajesh Karunakaran is a Post graduate in Commerce , Diploma in Business Management , Law Graduate and Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries and founder of the well-known Practicing Company Secretary firm - Rajesh Karunakaran & Co.(RKC). He is into practice since year 2004-2005 . Prior to his venturing into Practice he was heading the legal and Secretarial Dept of Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited, a listed Company for more than a decade. He has authored may Articles which have appeared in Economic Times, Indian Express, Corporate Law Adviser Taxmann and Corporate Professionals.

Over the years the firm has expanded its areas of practice by introducing dynamic and experienced resources as Associates apart from an experienced team of in-house professionals.
